Just like a hosted environment, MeshBlox can monitor the vital signs of your DataBlox no matter where it’s located, as long as it has data connectivity. 
MeshBlox is able to detect environmental problems and make you aware of them a long time before it becomes an issue for your equipment, giving you valuable time to react.
Because of the redundant nature of the DataBlox, in most situations if a failure occurs, you won't even notice it, however our operations centre will be alerted to the problem and our experienced staff will react accordingly and will keep you informed of the progress.
Remotely, we are able to make adjustments to compensate for failures. For example, in the case of a cooling system failure we can compensate by increasing air-flow and lowering the temperature from the second cooling unit or switching to free-air cooling by managing the DataBlox in this manner we can keep you operational utill a MeshBlox engineer can get to location with replacement parts.
