The larger capacity version of DataBlox10. DataBlox20 offers the same modularity, interchangable components and capacity rivaling the best server rooms. DataBlox provides a tough enclosure for racked equipment plus integrated and reliable cooling and power supply. Designed for challenging conditions and minimal maintenance. DataBlox requires negligible site preparation and can be installed in a few days.

Unlike server rooms, DataBlox is highly secure, full of redundancy, designed specifically for purpose, transport it fully populated with your equipment, and it is ready to go when it hits the ground. No construction delays and a minimum of install personnel required on-site. If the IT demand increases just add another DataBlox20 module or build a rapid DR solution by deploying to another site. Need remote site server room consider the smaller DataBlox10.

Container
Not just a container, our bespoke 10’ and 20’ DataBlox units include advanced insulation, upgradeable cooling modules, air-tight design, full interior lining, fire protection, low static flooring and high strength locking for added security. Able to meet tough conditions with IP65 rating, ensuring full weather and dust protection. Containers are fully compliant for all international and national transport.

Racks and Cabling
No space problems here, the DataBlox has been cleverly designed to allow racks to relocated within the container while still being connected and operational, insuring racking of additional or long equipment is a breeze.
Accommodating up to 7 racks providing 294RU of space for your equipment. Built to take 19”, 23” and 25” equipment.

Utilising above rack false ceiling style cable management - fibre, data and power cabling all have separate trays. Each rack has its own dual 16A power circuits, and structured network cabling. Simplify your connectivity with structured cabling of all inter-rack and external data connections.

Control all of your environmental and services systems from an integrated management rack. Add KVM and console terminals for the ultimate in control and limit your need to enter the DataBlox – maximize efficiency.

Modular Cooling
The DataBlox includes a unique feature of modular cooling. The whole cooling compartment can be removed and replaced with greater or less powerful units depending on your needs. This feature also allows companies to take advantage of future generation cooling systems that are greener more energy efficient, lowering your energy bills overtime.

Power components
Power is supplied to both the cooling system and the internal equipment load via a regulated external supply. Dual inputs are provided to allow full diversity and redundancy – N+1. DataBlox provides full topology compliance with the Uptime Institutes Tier II rating.
Add circuits in a rack, just select a new power cable to plug into the AC distribution panel – complete plug & play.
Energy efficient lighting that works when the mains power is down. Smart thinking for remote site work.
We haven’t forgotten safety. With emergency lighting internally, lockout mechanism for the container doors, fire protection, emergency power off and full electrical compliance.
Fit-out
Bulkhead wall and doors provide security, environmental control and protection from the external environment. The tightly sealed container keeps unwanted dust out, while improving airflow and heat transfer.
Storage compartments above the racks provides space for those on-site critical spares or extra site equipment. Minimise loss of important spares and staff equipment by transporting to site inside DataBlox.
